Help!

What are the UP's numbers for the MKT SD40-2's I have a magizine article for these units but wanted to paint them as UP units with there current numbers. Also did UP make any external modification them.

From the information that I have:

MKT 600-637 to UP 3809-3844

That is the only SD40-2's I have listed for MKT.

Thanks for the info. Does it say if the UP did any modifications to these units. The only thing I could see is that they removed the extra horn in the rear of the locomotive.

Sorry for the late reply. I just had to go chase trains for five days. A tough job but someone has to do it http://www.trainboard.com/biggrin.gif. The only info I have on the MP's is the number group to UP.

Hey I hear you there. I been chasing trains too. Well shoot, I have them run right though my back yard. Now I call that up close and personal. Now that I have my camera ready I am going again. Once again thanks for the info.
