On my post "Hello, CN Railfans", pages 2,3 and 4 won't load up. Is this a glitch in the system,or did someone erase them???

No, we have had to delete several of your messages lately but this is due to a software problem that is being worked on.

Several of "MY" messages, or is this happening to other people as well?

Happens frequently from time to time Kurt , nothing to get upset over . Actually if you have problems like this post them in the Administrative Contacts section .
There is a topic that handles glitches like this . Anyways , will somebody move or close this topic , I would if I could :D
Peace!!

Kurt, go look at the administrative contacts threads. Evidently there is a problem with infopop such that threads with multiple pages disappear. We have been having that problem on almost every forum that has multiple page threads, especially if there are a lot of photos on them (My personal opinion, not technically proven). Some of us, as a stopgap measure until infopop solves the problem, have been starting NEW threads, same subject, once the thread gets into a second page. Exceptions seem to be multi-page forums that have nothing but text, no photos (again my personal opinion.) The bad part is that all the neat stuff on blank pages 2,3, etc. is not viewable. We had a heck of a thread going over on HO concerning articulated locos. We started it over in Steam, Railfan and Railroad events. :(

Kurt, and others, Charlie has a deal with InfoPop to use the TrainBoard as a Beta Test site so InfoPop can find and correct the bugs in their next software upgrade. That's why we're seeing some "squirrely" things happening. You'll notice that InfoPop is already up to Beta version 4.1, because we TB members have found that many bugs and InfoPop has fixed most of them.
This latest bug, the "white pages" on Topics that continue onto multiple pages, is apparently a real bad one, because it comes and goes depending on a bunch of factors. The one major hooker with solving software problems is that if you can't get them to repeat predictably, you damn sure can't fix 'em ........ Been There, Done that, and got a bunch of T-Shirts :(
Please Guys, give Charlie and InfoPop a break ... they're working as fast as they can. Just report each problem on the Administrative Contacts Forum, and give Charlie as many symptoms and facts as you can ... without emotion or finger-pointing.
Thanks, Hank
