I found this in my "archives"... I may have a couple more. This loco (as shown) is in Raleigh, N.C. sandwiched between a NS B23-7 and GP38-2.

Hey Dave,
Your photo shows a little older uit, no? In American terms, I'd guess a GP18, but it may be a GP9 phase3. I'd be curious as to the origin.

Hi Harold , the cab card says it's a GP9 .
