Well, it's not ALWAYS cold in Northern Ontario. And after the first frost the Black Flies are gone.

Daily, around 1100 Hrs, this little train passed by CFS Lowther on it's way from Hearst to Kap. My daughter Carol and I often went down the road to watch it amble by. The rail was VERY light, and VERY uneven, and so the "action" was better than some of the big stuff down south.
