Anyonee have Railroad paperwork or know where I can find Amtrak paperwork(i.e Track Warrants, Delay Reports etc) Let me know

Believe it or not, you might try searching on eBay. I've gotten lots of similar items for Metrolink that way.

I got the first Metrolink Employee Timetable for $10. I just did a search for Amtrak in the Railroadana section and found 160 items. Check out these:
