There must be lots of blue & yellow bonnets still out there, but all I suspect, will by now have been sub-lettered for BNSF, and renumbered. - But they still look great!

The cover story of this months TRAINS Magizine is about the new KC yard. Seems to be alot of Yellow-Bonnets left, but they are renumbered. Look for the pics of the Northtown "Parking Lot" Yard in this forum. Just reset your numbers of days viewed.

Blue and yellow! I see!

I see ALOT of em here in southern california. Anything from SD40-2s, to GP30s, to C40-8s. Must be more.

I shots several Yellowbonnets in Cheyenne, WY:

I don't have a source, but I've read there are none unpatched. I caught some warbonnet C44s unpatched here and there last few years, but I bet by now those are gone also.

Going to Lindenwood yard in St. Louis tonight. Might see a few there. I will let you know. There are several still around owned by lease companies.
