Wakefield Steam train

I live in Old Chelsea close to Hull, Quebec and there is a train nearby that goes from Wakefield to Hull. I just have a question on the engine. Could it be Swedish with a fixed red plower and that all wheels on it are red?

According to an old (1996) Steam directory that I have, it is Swedish built in 1907, a 2-8-0. As I recall from old photos, it does have a lot of red paint, and is no. 909.
