Hey gang,
Can you California railfans fill us in on the trip 3985 took to the Gorefest (also known as the Democratic National Convention)
this week? What cars are being used? What type of diesel helpers, if any, are being used? WHere's it being kept in LA during the convention?

OK, 3985 made it home from LA, and is back in Cheyenne. ANybody get shots on its trek
thru California, Utah & Wyoming? If so, please feel free to post 'em here.
I've also heard that 3985 did some night running near Laramie. I've seen it at rest at night (in McAlester, OK in 1995- scared my sons to death http://www.trainboard.com/smile.gif ), but never running.
