I have just added more pictures to two of the albums listed in my original post. Five in the Danbury Railway Museum album and two in the Railroading - General album. Use the links in my first post.

Enjoy. As usual entries in the guestbook and comments are welcome.

Peirce, very nice photos. I am a steam nut and don't know diesels well, but being a New York Central fan, I would say those "PA's" are actually FA's. Four wheel truck and short nose. PA's had six wheel trucks and long noses, and are now extremely rare. If 1360 is a real NYC number, that would place it in the freight engine category. Interesting that the Danbury Museum site doesn't even list them on the roster.

At the present time the DRM is much in need of someone to update the roster on the web site. It is way behind.

The 1360 is privately owned by a fellow in Texas. He just leaves his "toys" in our yard. The EMD F9 is also his. He seems to be a big NYC fan. So, even though NYC never owned any F9s, he had it painted that way anyhow. Its number is not officially on the NYC list. The same may be true of 1360. I will check further on its history.

Since you are a steam fan, did you see my pictures of our 2-6-0, mogul? It is the last of its kind, a model B-12, built for the B & M in 1907.

Yes, and it is a handsome engine indeed.

Pierce:
Checked out your photos- nice shots!
Feel free to share your photos with us any time you want! http://www.trainboard.com/smile.gif
The same invite goes out to all of you as well- I've seen Southern and Midwestern roads in person, but I'd like to see shots of
railroads in other parts of North America (or the world, for that matter) and I'll bet
other would too.
Show us what you got! http://www.trainboard.com/wink.gif
