Several photographs of sunrise/sunset have disappeared http://www.trainboard.com/confused.gif Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Anyone know?

Here is one of the 'disappeared'. Taken by my wife, Irene, with a compact automatic from our back garden.

That's a great shot Alan. Compliments to Irene. Is that a Willow I see to the right of center?

Here is the link to four of my sunset pictures. I originally
posted this link to demonstrate what can be
done with point-and-shoot cameras. For the
first picture, taken in Arizona,
I used a Kodak throw away camera.
The other three, taken in England, were
with my new Yashika model 120, which is
a much more sophisticated p&s.

The fourth picture was actually taken after sunset.

Now a comment on your (your wife's) picture. This is a good
demonstration of how to make a sunset picture more interesting
by the use of a contrasting object, the tree in this case. It is also well balanced and has a dynamic
feel about it.

Yes, Patrick. The willow tree is actually in the next garden. One of those pictures that just 'worked'. Irene is quite proud of it http://www.trainboard.com/smile.gif - so am I!
