Has anyone cut up and kitbashed Bachmann's On30 passenger coach? I am planning to shorten one and turn it into an open tourist car for my Tanner Creek Scenic Railway. I took it all apart and am ready to cut it up, but I'm not sure where to start cutting. I want to shorten it about 2 inches. Anyone have any suggestions or experience doing this?
