Has anyone converted the Bachmann 2-6-0 from On30 to On3? Converting the rolling stock is easy, but what about the steam locomotive?

The main problem I see is making the cylinder casting 0.101" wider. Will probably have to make new axels, but that's the easy part.

From what I have heard and seen, the cylinders are already wide enough. The driver rods should be easy enough to straighten out instead of the slight angle they currently are. I still need to research the old email I have, to find the right Kadee coupler for the front. I believe it is the bottom mount offset that works.
