Thanks! Big Time to Jim (BNSF7173) and Testors for giving me a 2nd chance with spray paint. Jim was kind enough, (after I punctured a can),
See Previous Thread (http://www.trainboard.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi/ubb/get_topic/f/13/t/002600.html?)
to send me _two_ cans of:
Model Master
Custom Laquer System
This is the Flame Red
Yes, I can learn from my mistakes

The "box" as you last saw it.

This time I read the instructions, (and followed them right down to using my thumbnail)

Steve-
I am rooting for you. Did you notify the turpentine section of Home Depot that you were giving it another try and that they can expect the paint EMT's momentarily.

Steve, how much did you have to pay your brother/cousin/friend (choose one) to paint the caboose and have his hand photographed twice???? :D :D :D :D
It's admirable that you, an "old dog" can learn a new trick... graemlins/notworthy.gif

Boxcabe: Shhhh, not before my interview, (tommorrow at 11:00).
Bob: It's a feature
Mark: Na, I just checked with my neighbor, (one of Boston's finest), to see if he still had some in case he caught me red handed again.
Hank: You don't want to know.
The Hardest Part so far has been trying to re-assemble it. It has been ages since I used AC glue and I'm a bit intimidated. Maybe I'll try over the weekend.

Thanks Jim,
If I get the job I'll be trying my hand at cars for the GandG paint scheme as in my sig. Any guesses what color greys? I won't hold you responsible if they are wrong.
Thanks!

Steve, your in luck! I remember railfaning the G&G when I lived in NH. I happened to have my Floquil chips with me and found that the Grey on the G&G was a match for Guilford gray! Seems Guilford had a bunch of paint left over from Du-Pont and could not afford to paint any more engines. The G&G railroad ever the New England Yankee, scooped up the paint a bargain basement prices! :D :D
Sounds good don't it? Its only fiction if you don't do it :D

Use something muted so the interviewer doesn't think you are "easy".

Hmm, wait, I already violated that and believe I got a 2nd interveiw. You are tempting fate. Gotta love walking on thin ice. < insert sound of cracking ice >.

Hmmm, If she googled me (and I am sure she did) then:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22steve+goodenough%22&btnG=Google+Search
First entry: http://www.railimages.com/gallery/stevegoodenough
She showed no surprise that I was into model trains.
The question is did she look at all of the images:

By the way, ironically one of the firms focuses is: IP - Intellectual Property. Hmmm.

Steve, Sunesty looks like a lovely person. But her attire appears a little drab. What if you suggested some color accents...perhaps Red??? :D :D :D

Hytec - < bemused bad boy grin > - Would you believe that and other dress just like it was all she ever wore? Yes really.
