Hi, all,

I'm on another business trip for my company -
I'm going to be flying into JFK (New York, USA) on Thursday 11/4/04 evening..... then driving up to Armonk, NY (Westchester County). Will be in the Armonk, NY (Westchester County) area on Friday night 11/05/04 also.

Any good local hobby shop or model RR club recommendations on the way from JFK, or in Westchester County?

Any forum members that live in that area, email me off list and maybe we can touch base. (smile)

Thx!

Allegheny and Western Layout Visit

Hi, all,

Thanks to a couple of forum members who emailed me and told me some great options that I would not have gotten to otherwise.

Thanks to the West Island Model Railroad Club (Farmingdale, Long Island, NY) for
having me as a drop-in guest on Friday night 11/5/04 to their Allegheny & Western layout.

This is a spectacular HO layout, 50' x 66'.

They were kind enough to allow me to take series of pictures, which I
organized into a virtual layout tour:

And look for 'West Island Model RR Club, Volumes 1, 2, 3'. Hope you enjoy the show!
