Hello everyone,
PSC has anounced the ATSF 5001 class 2-10-4's in Prewar coal and oil versions and 40's and 50's rebuilt versions, 10 road numbers in all !
These will include a pair of blind drivers for operation on 56" radius track for us operators with limited space and a love for the largest wheelbase engine in USA, topping the UP 4-12-2.
Dave's Brass Steam http://www.geocities.com/caligulacaesar2004/brass_steam.html?1110334663906 has these for the lowest preorder anywhere, these have never been produced in O scale and may never see these again for a long time, so reserve yours soon.
Caboose Hobbies is offering these at $3900, but from now until December, I am offering the reservation at $3300.00 for the O scale and $1550 for the HO scale . So reserve one now and take advantage of this discount. After December the reservation will be $3450 for the O scale and $1600 for the HO.
Give us a call or send an email, we are always happy to talk about brass steam. I personally donated my HMK Super Crown #5003 for this project along with various details and photos, so it is a priveledge to personally be a part of the project with Mark and PSC.
The added bonus is, if this project does well, PSC will do the 5011 class next.
