Thought I would post these photo's as Badger Creek will not exist after Xmas, a new Badger is planned and all drawn up is just ready to go. Take a while to clear the room for action, but can't wait for the New Year.
Busy making Trestle bridges for the new layout, just finished an "A" frame.

Well Paul, I may have missed the current Badger Creek, but I will definitely come over next year to view progress on the new layout smile.gif
But how can you improve on the current one? smile.gif

I'm going to miss the old Badger! But, more power to the people who are not afraid of change, and who constantly strive to improve. Paul, you should seriously consider putting a book together like George Sellios' F&SM book. I for one would buy it. Congrats on the Model Railroading feature. Awesome spread! You are an inspiration to us all!

Paul,
I seems unbelievable that you would destroy such an awe inspiring layout but I'm sure your next one will inspire us all.
Do you intend on recovering most of the structures?
Will you be able to reuse the track and points?
Good luck with the new layout I look forward to seeing regular updates.

Hi all, thanks for the comments, the new one will - I HOPE -- look better.
Paul - Administrator, yes all structures-bridges-most of the points and track will be used again.
---------
All the trees are now in a rather large box, the only thing I won't be able to use is the 9' long curved trestle.-- pity.
Will post photo of the new Badger as I progress.
Cheers all.
