Wanted to know if anyone could recomend anybody for custom loco building and painting if anyone has used anybody. I will model in N scale and have found a few that do it for HO and larger but not in N scale. What I need are 3 SD 38 built and painted. Or at least one and maybe if I see one and how it was done I could attempt it myself.
