Adding photos to a posting from RailImages

OK, I am having a very big problem. Need help. I want to post a message with photos in it. I was instructed to get an account with RailImages, so I did. Now I have tried several different ways to use the "image" button to upload chosen photos from Rail Images! They ain't a work'n!

Am I suppose to subscribe with the $2.00 a month thing with RailImages to post photos from there? Someone please advise.

I got your back Tim, the Railimages file system seems to use different folders for viewing thumbnails called the "gallery", but the actual images are in a folder called "album".

For Internet Explorer, right click on the photo, then click on "Properties" at the bottom. A popup will open and you can copy the URL.

For Mozilla, right click on the photo, then click on "Properties" or "View Image", the copu the image location or the url.

You must click on the thumbnail first then right click on the image select properties and copy the location.

Practice posting in here so I can see what the problem is.

If you use the http://www.trainboard.com/JCImages/grey_image.gif button you would enter the URL of your image such as the one below into the box that pops up. That in turn enters to code listed above for you.

From what I see, it was the "Gallery" verses the "Album" in the URL that was giving me problems.

It is all clear to me now.

I use internet explorer so the right click and "view image" was the confusing part.
