Decals for Spine Car?

I contacted Microscale to ask if they would do their #822 sheet in Z scale, but was told they had discussed it and they will not be doing any Z scale decals :(

However, they are willing to do some as a custom order at a minimum of 250 sets.

Before I reply, does anyone know of other decal producers who could do these decals, bearing in mind that they would need permission to reproduce the TTX logo, I suspect?

Maybe Oddball Decals can make them. They have the TTX logo on one of their boxcar sets, and maybe can do a run for you?
