<font color="336633">[b]With the news that my dad (Alan) is to abandon the Andersley Western I have salvaged a few parts to live on and found a home on my Montana Central.

Somewhere on here (can't find the thread) I mentioned that I had bought a small amount of British 4mm scale equipment to run around the loft layout alongside the US HO trains.
Well, after a lot of thought, I decided to change over entirely to current UK running. I have modelled in almost all scales over almost 50 years, and have now come full circle back to British OO gauge smile.gif
The main reason I left OO in the first place is that the quality was extremely poor, but now the looks and running of the current models is second to none.
Here are the new arrivals:

Last night I lifted all the track on the scenic area. The staging yard will be increased by two tracks and the main line will now be double track. New industries will be erected in the scenic area.
Progress will be shown as I progress. As there is no OO forum here I will be posting in the inspection pit.
The big advantage for me in changing to current UK practice is that I can just go out and look at the real thing, so research is soooo much easier :D
