Heisler: Installed Kadees, 21's. Front coupler is fine as far as height goes, a little low, but decent. REAR coupler on the other hand is a coupler height below where it needs to be. Any suggestions?

Billboard: Fun to play with but has developed a wonderful WHHhhhhIIIne to it, that is most distracting to the sound of the "whistle" Any suggestions?

How about a light lubricating of the whistle's bearing points? If it's changed sound, there must be something altering the spin speed.
