All of this talk with John (7600EM_1) got me all worked up to try and finish up some of my steam projects. I am working on that sand dome still John.

I bought a Broadway limited 2-8-2 that I redetailed, painted and weathered. These are great running engines and very well built.

I also painted my Mantua 2-8-2 and started to weather it.

Here they are so far.

That IS the reason I switched to HO! Love them steam engines. Nice job Jeff - very impressed.

Is that the Broadway you are going to send me when you get sick of it Jeff? LOL J/K!

Cheers
Bruce

Thanks all

That Broadway limited locomotive is sure fun to play with. They have got some great sounds when it is just sitting still. You would swear that it is alive.

RD, That's the one. And I will for sure give it to you the day I am sick of it, or when I get too many of them. which ever comes first graemlins/wink.gif

NICE WORK Jeff! Like the looks of both! I've got two 2-8-2's to work on, both Mantua! Some pullers with the Sagami can motors thats for sure, not to get my hands on 2 more flanged drivers, to have all the drivers flanged, an not blind! Then, I know it will pull forsure!

I'm goofy, I'm currently working on flipping a Ricarossi Cab Forwards, around to make it a conventional Yellowstone, into a B&O EM-1! VERY close :D So... I'm enjoying it!

Jeff, once ya get everything done with the done you have my address, mail it off to me, the master you made, an I'll kake you a decent mold to make more as we talked about in e-mail!

I'm also thinking of trying to build my own Vanderbuilt tender, from a tank car an styrene! :D
