Can anybody give me any info on these models. I am interested in getting a set for my layout, but I don't know anything about the quality of these units. I am familiar with Walther's units which are quite nice. Do the ConCor's compare at all.

If you have the choice, go with the Walthers ones, they are far superior IMHO. The Concor ones are now quite dated in model terms.
