Here's the first addition to my HO scale roster, almost ready for road service. It's an Athearn Baldwin S12, originally painted for New York Central. My plan is to customize and paint it for my free-lanced leasing firm, which is as of yet un-named. So far I've added wire grab irons, a roof-top "vapor" style cab AC, a Nathan P3 air horn, gong style bell, and snow plow. Other details, such as cab sunshades, cut levers, MU equipment, ditch lights, a rotary beacon, and truck lights. A cab interior may also be included, if I can find room for it! http://www.parails.com/~railohio/IrontonNorthern/photos/S12.jpg

Hi again Brian.
I wish I could kitbash. I have always been afraid of taking something that is running good and ruin it.

I do like S12's I have one for my Montana Central, it started life as an Erie Lackawanna unit, I tryed to strip the paint off but it didnt come off very well, it ended up looking like a very faded ex EL unit so i left it as it was smile.gif
I will post a pic of it if I can find it......
