Does anyone have a way of making H0 scale windows?
Especialy the inner tiny boards that hold the glass...

Sorry its taken someone so long to answer you , I came upon your post just today.
search the web for MicroMark, Inc, they make all sorts of small parts and tools for RR, ship builders, doll house makers etc.
Another company is GrantLine, try them on the web as well, they make windows, frames, pieces etc. In fact many model manufacturers boast of supplying GrantLine windows.
Best of Luck

It has been a while since I built a window. I have started using commercial plastic windows lately. I don't have that steady of hands anymore. When I was making them, I used Northeastern scale strip wood. I made the window in a simplified method of how a real window is made. The smallest size of strip wood was a scale 1" so the mullions were a little oversized but the rest of the window was approximately to scale.

Styrene or wood, depending on the window. Or for ease premade ones...
