I recently acquired an early 1960's Bachmann HO complete train set. I am trying to determine the proper value for it, as I am new to this hobby. Please e-mail me for details. I appreciate any honest opinions or help.

Thanks,

Fred

Welcome to TrainBoard Fred!

im sure someone out there wil be able to help you with this, it might help if you say what is in the set as their might have been more than one type of set http://www.trainboard.com/smile.gif

I was hoping to get someone to offer some help first, before I began listing things here. That is why I said in my post to e-mail me for details. The "details" being the specific trains, accesories, etc.

Here is a partial list:

(All are Bachmann HO scale)

Sante Fe Diesel engine GE U36B (powered)
Sante Fe Diesel egine GE U36B (non powered)
56' all door box car - Southern Pacific
51' steel plug door box car - Chessie
Sante Fe Wide Vision caboose

All are like new in the original boxes.

I have other accesories all in original boxes, inluding track, power unit, etc.

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

Fred
